To Make a Tasty Chicken Shawarma You need following Ingredients
Flour – 400 Garams
• Luke warm water – 1 cup
• Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – ½ teaspoon
• Sugar – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Next Step Ingredients For filling Your Tasty Shawarma
• Boneless Chicken – 300 Grams
• Curd – 4 Table spoon
• Oil for cooking
• Garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
• Ginger paste– 2 teaspoon
• Red chili powder – 1.5 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder – 1.5 teaspoon
• Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
• Lemon Juice – 2.5 teaspoon
• Cabbage – 5 Table Spoon (Chopped)
• Capsicum – 1 ( You can also use Bell Pepper of Different Colors to make it more colorful and appetizer
• Salt as per your requirement
For wrapping And Final Touch Add Below Ingredients
• Tomatoes Ketchup
• Veg Mayonnaise
You can use Souses as well to make it more tasty but Im not using it in my recipe
